Returns & Exchanges
Beauty Collection Sherman Oaks has a 21-day return policy. If more than 21 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Some items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids cannot be returned. Gift cards, perishable items, and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Regular-priced items can be refunded, but sale items cannot. If the item is defective or damaged, it can be exchanged for the same item by contacting customercare@beautycollection.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and an incorrect price due to a mistake may result in the cancellation of the order.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not yet been received, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take more than 10 business days for the refund to show on your account. After that, reach out to your bank as there may be processing time before the refund is posted. If you have tried all these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at customercare@beautycollection.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@beautycollection.com and send your item to Beauty Collection 13351 Riverside Dr # H, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Beauty Collection 13351 Riverside Dr # H, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
