Beauty Collection Sherman Oaks has a 21-day return policy. If more than 21 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Some items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids cannot be returned. Gift cards, perishable items, and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

Free Shipping applies only to orders over $49 and shipped to destinations within the CONTIGUOUS CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

Free same-day Local Delivery is available for orders over $49 within 15-mile radius from Beauty Collection Sherman Oaks store location. For orders under $49, we charge $5.95 for local delivery. Deliveries are made during store hours. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you about local delivery status.

Orders of in-stock merchandise are usually shipped within one business day. You will be notified by email if a delay is expected for any reason. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Legal requirements in the United States prohibit air shipment of products containing alcohol. Therefore, uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) surface mail for all such products. These products include fragrances and aerosols.

Once you have placed an order and it has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you that will contain a link for tracking your order. Every Beauty Collection online order includes a wonderful diverse selection of at least three samples from top beauty brands. Brands we've featured in the past include: Dermalogica, Archipelago, Jack Black, Avene, Murad, Peter Thomas Roth, Philip B.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 hour from the time of your purchase. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
