Zerran’s Initiate Clarifying Shampoo — formulated to deeply cleanse and prep hair for chemical services, such as perms or color treatments. It’s an alkaline (pH above 7), sulfate-free, alcohol-free, fragrance-free, gluten-free, and paraben-free formula designed to dissolve silicones, hair-spray polymers, chlorine green, medication, and other residual build-up that can interfere with chemical services. It also raises the hair’s pH to open the cuticle, ensuring even penetration of perm or color formulations.

Apply an ample amount to wet hair.

Work into a rich lather, then rinse thoroughly. There’s no need to leave it in, just wash and rinse before moving on to the perm or color process.
Free of alcohol, fragrance, gluten, parabens, sulfates, and likely contains chelating or cleansing agents, along with natural extracts to gently support hair and scalp.
