We will accept returns for any unopened &unused BeautyCollection.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the order placement date. An online store credit will be issued to your account for the purchase price of returns (not including shipping & handling). The online store credit for your returned items may not be exchanged for cash. Please make sure to enter all of information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. FAILURE TO ENTER INFORMATON CORRECTLY COULD JEOPARDIZE YOUR RIGHT TO A STORE CREDIT. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact customer service at customerservice@beautycollection.com. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after order placement date. Returning an Order to a Beauty Collection
Store Visit any of our Beauty Collection stores and return your purchase within 30 days of order placement date. Please bring the item and the enclosed Packing Slip and Merchandise Return Form that you received with the original shipment. A Beauty Collection team member will assist you at any of our stores. Exchanges Please note that we do not offer online exchanges for returned products at this time. You may return the unused item by shipping carrier and use the online credit to purchase another item or visit any of our stores to exchange an unopened product. 2. What are your shipping charges and delivery schedules? Orders that are received before 12:00 noon Pacific standard time are shipped the same day. All other orders are sent by end of next business day. Your shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total at check out per UPS shipping rates for the delivery method you select. Legal requirements in the United States prohibit air shipment of products containing alcohol. Therefore, BeautyCollection.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping or UPS Ground for all such products. These products include fragrances and aerosols. 3. Do you ship internationally? Yes. 4. How can I get a status on or track my order? Once you have placed an order and it has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you that will contain a link for tracking your order. You can also view your order status by signing in to your account on our site and clicking on “View Orders”. This section will also provide shipment tracking information. 5. How do I find a brand or product on your site? To find a particular brand, simply click on the arrow in the “shop by brand” box located at the top of the screen. Then click on the brand you are looking for from the drop-down menu and the products for that brand will be displayed on your screen. To find a particular product, type in the product name into the “search” box and click “GO”. 6. What can I do if I forget my password? Click on My Account at the bottom of the screen. Then click on “Forgot Password?” and fill in the requested information. A new password will be sent to your email account. 7. How do I change my password ? To change your password, click on My Account at the bottom of the screen. Log in to your account and proceed to change your password by clicking on “Change Password”. Be sure to click on “Submit” to save the new password. 8. How do I change my personal information or email address? Click on “MY Account” link at the bottom of the screen. Log in to your account and proceed to change personal and contact information by clicking on “Edit Profile”. Once you have made the desired changes, click on “Change” to submit & save the new information. You can place your telephone orders by calling our Customer Service Representatives, at (866)881-8393. You can also shop at any of our Stores or at our online store at BeautyCollection.com. Shipping costs and delivery schedule for telephone orders are the same as our online shipping costs and delivery schedule. 10. Are my transactions secure? BeautyCollection.com
uses industry standard 128 bit encryption, insuring that any online
transaction will be secure against third party interception. All
other personal information, including your name, address, phone number
and email address, is also encrypted using a secure socket layer
(SSL). In addition, all the data that you submit to BeautyCollection.com
is protected from unauthorized use. BeautyCollection.com reserves the right to share personal information with legal authorities to the extent required by law.
