Apply cream over clean dry skin 10 to 15 minutes prior to waxing. For delicate areas near the brows and eyes, a thin layer can be massaged gently into the skin. For skin over the upper lip, a more generous amount can be applied. Numbing sets in within a few minutes and feels like a "tingling" sensation. Cream also minimized the stinging sensation that can occur after waxing treatments.
