Get a good grip of the broadest portion of the handle while making sure you do not cover up the solar panel.
Rolling Method: Roll the device, without exerting too much force, along a curved stretch of your body. The basic rolling technique is a repetitive back and forth, primarily up to down motion. However, it is recommended that you use a down to up method for the lower half of your body.
Roll along your jaw line from your chin to your temple. Try using a light nipping motion in this area.
Change the direction of ReFa PRO and roll from the edge of the mouth on either side to the ear. Try pulling up the skin of you cheeks and around you jaw area.
Nip at the nape of the neck. From the bottom of the jaw, roll up and down along the clavicle.Try gently suctioning the entire jaw line.
Use the ReFa Pro on your arms, legs, bust or hips as well - giving care to all the spots that trouble you.
