1. Apply cleanser into the palms of your hands & create a soothing lather. Now work into damp skin in upward, circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.
2. After cleansing, saturate cotton & sweep tonic over face & throat day / night; leave to dry.
3. Then, smooth herbal day creme™ SPF15 am over face & throat, massaging in upward, outward circular motions.
4. Or, smooth pure perfection® creme nightly over face & throat, massaging in upward, outward circular motions.
5. Use firm action mask™ twice per week. Apply a generous layer to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 20 minutes; rinse with warm water.
6. Use walnut complexion scrub™ 2 – 3 times a week in place of your OLEHENRIKSEN cleanser. Apply to wet, clean skin & massage in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and continue with your regular skincare routine.
