It's a Spray Applicator
Considering there isn't another applicator to compare it to, It's better than no applicator at all and it does exactly as advertised.
But, "Precision Instrument?" "Dramatically Improve?" It is, after all, just a Spray applicator.
That being said: My hair is Salt & Pepper so I use two colors and I'm going to order a second 'Precision Spray Maximizer Instrument' to dramatically improve the already precision natural look I get from just shaking the can.
Imagine if the spray maximizer came with your first order and "refills" were offered!
Wouldn't THAT be sensational!

WONDERFUL PRODUCT
Works absolutely wonderful, I use much less Toppik by using the spray maximizer, so much easier! Highly recommend it. Glad I found it. thanks!

Left Hanging
When I purchased this product I did not notice the disclaimer that it only worked on the two smaller size containers of Toppik. Since I purchased the largest size (1.7 oz) my container does not fit into the maximizer. Consequently I have not been able to take advantage of this product. I'm wondering if there is an adapter?
