Twist pen to release color, then dab the tip with a tissue to remove excess. Upon first use, you will need to twist the pen several times to dispense color. Lift hair in 1/4-inch sections away from the scalp, making sure to pull hair taut. Starting at the root, paint a thin layer of color onto the hair in smooth, sweeping strokes. Allow product to dry up to 5 minutes before touching (Note: If product gets on skin, wash with soap and water)
