These products must be returned to us within 30 days of the shipment date. To return unopened & unused products, call Customer Care at 866.881.8393 ext. 20 or email us at customercare@beautycollection.com to request a return authorization number.
Place the unopened product in your order box and include the Return Authorization Number, your name, order number, and reason for return when sending this item back.

If you’re returning an item that was shipped to you in error or a damaged item:
Call Customer Care at 866.881.8393 ext. 20 or email us at customercare@beautycollection.com to receive a return label. This return label will cover all shipping costs back to our facilities. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return when sending this item back.

If you have an allergic reaction to any product:
Contact Customer Care at 866.881.8393 ext. 20 or customercare@beautycollection.com and we’ll send you a return label for you to return this item for a full refund.
Once received, we will process your return in the order in which it was received. We normally issue refunds within one week of receiving the item.
While the refund will go through immediately to your bank, PayPal account, or credit card, it may take additional time to post to your account. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Finally, any refused shipments or shipments that are non-deliverable for any reason other than our error will be immediately refunded less the amount of shipping costs.
